Show Up

Walk in ten minutes early. Your first class is on the house. No reservation needed.

Quick Orientation

I or a staff instructor will show you the space, get you set up, and answer questions.

Take Class

45 to 60 minutes of strength, cycle, yoga, or Pilates. We'll modify anything you need modified.

Come Back

If it's your place, we'll set you up with a pack or membership. Or not. No pressure.

Is my first class really free?+
Yes. No card on file, no sign-up, no follow-up sales call. Walk in ten minutes early and we'll set you up.
What formats do you offer?+
Strength (45 min, weights and bodyweight), Cycle (45 min, indoor bikes), Vinyasa Yoga (60 min, all levels), and Pilates Mat (45 min). Schedule rotates weekly.
I've never taken a group class. Will I be lost?+
Probably not. Every class is built so a first-timer can follow along, and every move has at least three modifications. Tell me at the door it's your first time — I'll keep an eye on you.
Do you have showers and changing rooms?+
Yes. Two changing rooms, two showers, towel service, lockers for the duration of class.
Can I cancel my unlimited membership?+
Yes. Thirty days' notice and we'll cancel the renewal. No fees, no contracts, no pressure.
Do you offer private lessons?+
Not currently. The studio is intentionally group-only. If you're looking for 1:1 work I can recommend a few trainers in the neighborhood.
